Clients must provide accurate and complete information and documents. Withholding material information may affect the quality of our advice.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information is not shared with any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before engagement. Fees are for consultancy services rendered and are not contingent on claim outcome unless specifically agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
